GENERAL CHARACTERICTICS (COMMON)
Metal box with chrome-phosphatizing base protection and exterior finish with heat
resistant metallic paint.

Heating resistances built with KANTHAL thread.
Studied refractory parts to withstand at the most temperature changes and use of
ceramic pastes of different qualities in the various parts depending on their temperature
and work fatigue.
Heat resistance based on refractory isolation of very low thermal conductivity
coefficient.
CHARACTERISTICS TO BE POINTED OUT OF THESE FURNACE MODELS
Easy and quick exchange of the heating resistances and supporting plates by the user
himself without needing tools or specialized personnel.
Door system permanently adjusted with a slight pressure on the furnace frame; the door
is never badly closed and it allows to leave it half-open if you wish to make a quick
smoke evacuation. The complete door movement towards one side avoids the ceramic
block to radiate heat on the worker when introducing of withdrawing the muffle load.

EXECUTION MODES
a) “PAD” MODE: This execution allows for an automatic temperature control and adjustment through an automatic DIGITAL adjusting
pyrometer. This type of DIGITAL adjustment allows to clearly observe at any time the muffle temperature and see its rising speed and
inertias.
b) DIGITAL PROGRAMMER: Microprocessor control system of functions and ramp programming in different temperatures and times, with
printer data exit system.

isolating fibers. Composed of 3 heating plates with incorporated KANTHAL AF
thread resistance, covered and protected, places on the bottom and on 2 sides.

built with TRITTON KAOWOOL ceramic fiber. Ceramic
tray included: JB-20 / HD-200.
